Victoria has over 30 years of experience as a business founder, buyer, seller, owner, CEO and serial entrepreneur. She has assisted in raising over $50M in capital for early stage and revenue generating start-ups in the last 5 years and is also the partner of a $6M Venture Investment Fund. She currently serves on several public and private advisory boards and boards of directors and actively participates as a volunteer and philanthropist. She has won several awards over the years including the winner of the National Small Business Person of the Year by the US Small Business Administration. Victoria brings a wealth of practical experience to entrepreneurs, business owners and executives. She works closely with start-up executives and helps them with strategy development and implementation, P&L oversight, and establishing key performance indicators. Victoria obtained her B.S. in Biology and holds an MBA from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management.

He has invested over $5M in start-ups over the past 5 years and is actively engaged in managing these investments. His focus area includes pre-seed and seed investments. Quinten’s experience includes operations, financial oversight, and business strategy. His investments cover a number of sectors including fintech, SaaS, novel manufacturing, and health care. When looking at investment opportunities he focuses on the management team and their ability to deliver. Quinten obtained his B.S. in Geodetic Science and holds an MBA in Geodetic Science from the Ohio State University.

Morgan is an entrepreneur and the founder of RedWing Blackbird Ventures and a majority partner in the investment firm MVQ holdings. He has a keen eye for investing in novel products and opportunities. He is an avid reader and researcher and learns everything he can about an opportunity and its fit in the marketplace prior to investing in it. His investment areas of interest include Saas, web3, fin tech, AI, climate tech, logistics, and transportation. Morgan is currently working on his B.S. in Business Management and expects to graduate from Western Washington University in June 2023 with a minor in Audio Engineering. As a younger member of the team he brings a fresh and compelling perspective and challenges out-dated and antiquated thinking which results in the team making better decisions. He is committed to seeking out projects with diverse teams that have tomorrow in mind today.
